BLACKPINK UPDATE – February 21, 2020 KST
BLACKPINK will star the new cover of VOGUE Korea Magazine March 2020 Issue. There will be 6 covers type, 2 group covers and 4 each member covers.
“BLACKPINK is at a point where they stand out and have unique charms as individual artists but also harmonize and work well together as a group. While it is true that KPOP entertainment companies have a professional operating system, what gives the group BLACKPINK its color is obviously its members. Jisoo has an elegant and clear voice that keeps the vocals stable. Jennie has a swag that you just can’t take your eyes off of. Rosé, who grew up listening to folk music, has vocal skills guaranteed to stimulate your emotions. There is also Lisa, who liked dancing enough to be in a dance team when she was young. But the group BLACKPINK isn’t just a simple sum of their talents.” – scroll down to read full articles.
BLACKPINK VOGUE Korea magazine photoshoot is taken by photographer Petra Collins in collaboration with Dior for Jisoo, Chanel for Jennie, YSL Saint Laurent for Rosé and Bulgari for Lisa.

A true blink will support them no matter what they do. Stop the hate, just spread love and support to them ❣️
where can I buy the magazines? ktown4u sells them but the shipping is like insanely expensiveTT
Jennie is so gorgeous, luv u Jennie
Lisa has black hair now! Looks good on her
so much hate.. why cant there be just love and support? whether they release music or not. be happy for the girls.. if it was other girl or boy group everyone will go insane and cries of praise everywhere but since its “YG” some people are unamused. lost faith in this world.
You are a true BLINK
im so tired of YG. Of course they’re posing for magazines rather than having comebacks, what else is new. Modelpink in your area
look, we get that your an anti-fan and if your not then show support, quit being so negative or just keep your mouth shut, we don’t have any room for you fake fans around in the BLINK life
How am I an anti when I’m just telling the truth? I love BP, but I didn’t become a fan to watch them ONLY pose for pics. It’s like stanning models. I rather see them on stage and hear new music from them, so YOU can keep your mouth shut.
that’s called marketing and that’s how they increase BP’s value in the market. you should be thankful to YG because these brands the girls represent are international luxuries and not just in South Korea. they are building BP’s reputation internationally so once they release their comeback, it will reach a lot of people. This is also the way YG can attract shareholders/investors. More of those means more reach and better production the girls will have. Kpop is an industry and EVERY girl and boy bands even BTS, TWICE, MAMAMOO, whatever, name it, they all do these things. The only time I can understand your rant is if YG completely dropped the girls, then that’s cruel and should deserve all the hate. But it’s not the case here. The girls are earning money not only from music but modelling. You should be happy as a “BLINK”.
If I wanted to be happy about seeing idols in photoshoots rather than on stage, I’d straight up stan a model. YG is trash at promoting his idols. That’s why it took Lee Hi like five years for a comeback? Sure that’s why she left too. I’m sure if you asked BP would they rather be involved in ads all day or make music, they’d say music in a heartbeat. And all these companies trying to force their idols to be “international” is annoying. They’ve been doing VERY well since their debut with BOOMBAYAH. They don’t need “to build their reputation” ‘cause if anything, they’re losing it due to lack of comebacks.
i recommend you start a rally in front of YG building or better post your comments on a YG instagram or twitter not on an article celebrating these beautiful and talented girls. if you can’t do that, you are very much welcome to leave the fandom because as you said, these girls are in “YG” and because they are “not making enough music and instead are fooling around modelling” and “being international”. you should keep the hate to yourself because no one wants your negativity in any article related to BlackPink. and fyi, they still are not done with their world tour, i believe they will perform in japan this saturday but guess what, these girls are working so hard not only in their music but also on other promotions, and not to mention their soon to be comeback. they are meeting fans who love them all around the world, not only satisfying you. the girls need love and support, not negative comments, like what you are doing. in regards with Lee Hi, that’s her choice for leaving, and please dont make up a crazy reason why she left. Lee Hi thought so hard of this decision, weighed the pros and cons. maybe it is what you said, maybe it isn’t, maybe it’s a part of it, but only Lee Hi would know. either way, she thanked YG for taking her in and for all the support she had while in the company for all those years but never blamed YG at all in her letter to fans about her departure. i love the songs Lee Hi released while she was in YG and same with every fan, i hope she releases more amazing songs in the future on whatever agency she lands in. my point is, not any of these artists, trainees, or groups deserve any negative comments. they are not hurting anyone and they do not owe you anything at all. they are working very hard, singing and dancing the same songs over and over, doing concerts and travelling in a lot of places. they deserve love and support, not negativity. like i said, if you have a problem with their agency, then go rant it in their agency’s page not on articles like this. i’ve said enough and i will not reply anymore but i hope you learned something, if not, i don’t care as well. have a good day!
