We knew in October 2018, YG Entertainment announced that they have teamed up with UMG and Interscope Records in a global partnership for BLACKPINK. The talented foursome will be represented by Interscope and Universal Music Group worldwide, outside of Asia.
Interscope Records is a home of many global artists, DJ Snake, Eminem, Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, Imagine Dragons, Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, Madonna, Maroon 5, One Republic, Zedd and many more. You can check List of current Interscope Records artists here on Interscope Official Website
Whereas global artists under Universal Music Group are DJ Khaled, Drake, Eminem, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, Halsey just to name a few. Since UMG owns so many major record labels.
Since BLACKPINK will have Coachella performance in April 2019 and Tour in Australia, Europe and North America, can we expect BLACKPINK comeback is really happening soon? 🤡🤡🤡🤡
