BLACKPINK UPDATE – April 1, 2019.

BLACKPINK revealed tracklist for ‘Kill This Love’ mini album featuring 4 new songs and DDU-DU DDU-DU remix. ‘Kill This Love’ will be its title and ‘Dont Know What To Do’ as subtitle.

YG Entertainment reveals BLACKPINK comeback with ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ will be released worldwide on April 5, 2019 at midnight KST, not 6pm like other previous releases.

The decision was made at the request of Universal Music Group, who want to target the whole world, not just Korea.

The subtitle track, “Don’t Know What To Do” has a calm and dreamy chorus, and slowly builds up to an explosive drop beat as its climax. The lyrics evoke sadness that listeners will sympathize with. The other tracks, “Kick It” and “Hope Not” show a rich music spectrum.

Brian Lee – a Korean-American songwriter best known as a co-writer of “Work from Home” by Fifth Harmony, “Havana” and “Real Friends” by Camila Cabello and “Good Time” by Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen, ‘Let Me Love You’ by DJ Snake and Justin Bieber – also joins to produce BLACKPINK song ‘Dont Know What To Do’.
