Blackpink House Recap, Episode 1: Move Into New House

This is us, 5 minutes before Blackpink posted the first episode of Blackpink House

And here we go, when the Blackpink Channels flooded our notification

Finally, the day we have been waiting for is coming! I’m sure, all Blinks around the worlds are still shaking right now 😌😏 Including me, while writing this recap.

After countless time of re-watching Blackpink House Ep. 1 part 1 – 4 videos, here what we have known so far. Blackpink Youtube and Vlive channel uploaded 4 part videos of Blackpink House Episode 1. After watching those videos, it’s kinda like, please give me more episodes, please please! The first episode drives us crazy like come on, it’s not done yet, we want more.

*FYI: We will mostly use Chaeyoung name instead of Rose, because it feels like more familiar to us 😂

What Impressed Us Here on The First Episode?

1). The cinematography is really good, the way they put the camera, shoot the motion etc so smooth and damn, awesome!

2). It’s satisfying that they are not that shy in front of the camera. Jisoo who already familiar with camera since she is active as MC on Inkigayo every Sunday and very active on vlive. Lisa, we have seen her in Lisa TV and she is really good at it. Chaeyoung, she surprised us, when we watch her solo vlive she looked a bit shy but here she looked so comfortable in front of camera like she talked with her friend. Jennie, she looked a bit uncomfortable at first but she got used to it since then. 😍

2). Jennie’s closet, damn, that closet is every woman’s dream

3). Lisa’s room, we never saw Lisa’s room before. Yes, she looks boyish but her room is full of girly stuff, especially her cute friends collection. And that scene when she pulled her big rabbit doll out of her closet is so funny 😂

4). The way they choose the roommate, damn, complicated yet so funny. Their house will be full of noise and laugh. We love it 😍

5). Jendeuk new nickname. It’s not new to see Jisoo’s habit saying random things including a new nickname for Jendeuk, Jendeuk Ramsay kkkkk

6). Special PC room for Jisoo who likes playing a game, even Blackpink House was designed to give special computer space for Jisoo to play game, thank you sajangnim, you made us soft 😭

Blackpink House Ep. 1 Part 1

When we watch the first minute of this video we will feel like watching Disney fairy tale movie. The background sound, the way they shoot the house makes us feel like we were there, experiencing the first time we came to Blackpink House.

And here we go, we see the full view of Blackpink dorm (before they move into Blackpink house). In this part we would see how each member express their feeling when their private life being revealed.

The part when they meet sajangnim YG also funny, even though we have seen it in the very first Blackpink House teaser.

At 2 o’clock Lisa started to wake up the members to pack their bags. She started with Jisoo first. Look at Dalgomie when Lisa was coming, he looked like he was ready to attack Lisa whenever she bothered his mom. 😂

Lisa continued to wake up other members, she went to Chaeyoung’s room. She opened the door calling Chaeyoung in YG’s voice and imitating him, so funny 😂 Chaeyoung started laughing and singing in front of her.

And lastly she came to Jennie’s room to wake her up. She came in by showing her dancing but no response (Of course who would wake up if she didnt make any noise 😂). Jisoo came in and Lisa showed the second round attack to wake Jennie up.

Another best part from this video is when Chaeyoung came to Jisoo’s room and Jisoo sang weird spontaneous song, as usual 😂 *like we have seen in the previous spoiler video.

Camera moved to Lisa’s room to know how she packed her stuff. The big rabbit doll suddenly stole the show out of Lisa’s closet, this scene is so funny 😂. She then showed her most important stuff, a bag full of snacks, she really loves snacks we knew it. And here we go we saw some of Lisa’s barbie, princess etc. collection

Then, we were surprised by Jennie’s closet. We know she is the fashionista just by looking how fabulous her closet is, so many stylish clothes there. She packed her favorite off-shoulder items and Michael Jackson black hoodie.

We knew the answer just by looking at those pictures above. When the camera moved to her room, It is like we saw pajamas show, Chaeyoung showed off her favorite pajamas collection one by one. So cute 😂

Blackpink House Ep. 1 Part 2

The video started with a view of Seoul from the sky followed by Blackpink video inside the car while moving to new house.

“Are you ready?” then, Lisa voice echoing the universe 😂

They looked surprised and nervous, even Dalgomie felt the same way. That slow motion when Blackpink walked down the street in front of their new house, oh gosh, that scene gave different vibe, looked dramatic, like we saw a big box office movie 😜

The cinematography when the door was opened gave us fairy tale vibe

When they got into the house and their debut picture was shown, we suddenly remembered their last vlive when Jisoo told us she likes doing staring contest with Jennie. Jisoo’s randomness strikes us 😂

They looked surprised and so happy, even Kuma and Dalgomie were as happy as they are, but then Jisoo said, “Dalgom lets go on diet here, you have been eating to much.” Jisoo ya why so sudden 😂

Blackpink House is so cute, elegant, relaxing, and so dreamy. Aaah the living room, kitchen, bed room, bath room, photo zone, etc give us all home decoration ideas, envy to the fullest 😫

“Blackpink House is just as pretty as its owners,” true, true, true, absolutely true *we are yelling out of control! We will get all those excited feeling here on this video Ep. 1 Part 1.

Never miss this queen of randomness, we hate her with tons of love

Since Blackpink has no leader, here we saw how Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa discussed to make decision. They always look for exciting way even for choosing roommates. First, they play rock, paper and scissors, then the winners go and choose the room first. Jisoo chose first since she was the winner, followed by Lisa, Rose then finally Jennie.

Jisoo’s randomness striked us again when she went back and forth from the one room to the other room. Then she hided her self in the corner before other members entered the room. It’s so funny when 3 members ended up in the same room. And they continued playing another game to decide, its complicated but they have so much fun 😂

Blackpink House Ep. 1 Part 3

Part 3, Blackpink went shopping to buy sheets, blankets, cushions and stuff.

Jisoo looked so done with the shopping. She was not interested in shopping from the start. Even she asked Chaeyoung to choose the items for her 😂

Lisa really fell in love with rabbit pattern from the beginning. She wanted it but then Jennie said, “rabbit pattern looks a bit gross” 😂 but in the end, Lisa still picked the rabbit pattern, finally she bought what she wanted 😂

Look! Chaeyoung is obsessed with pink color 😂

Another best scenes, Blackpink showed us 3 tips to ask for discount.

1). Show cute smile to the cashier, Jennie showed her aegyo

2). Compliment the cashier, Jisoo praised the cashier’s bangs

3). Start soulful dancing, Lisa showed her spontaneous dance coached by Jennie

At last, all of them ended up feel embarrassed 😂

Blackpink House Ep. 1 Part 4

Blackpink OT4 were suddenly busy cooking something in the kitchen. Why so sudden? 🤔

The video then took us back an hour earlier. Blackpink OT4 were discussing something they usually give out to the neighbor when they moved into new house. Jisoo said her family usually give out and receive rice cake. Jennie asked what kind of rice cake, and Lisa added, Siru-tteok.

But then Jisoo said, “I don’t think we will be able to make rice cake.”

“So let’s give out macaron,” Jennie added

Here we saw Lisoo (Lisa and Jisoo) expression doubting Jennie’s cooking skill 😏😂

Not long after that, Jennie and Chaeyoung were preparing them selves to cook, meanwhile Jisoo and Lisa were still in lazy mood on the couch. Jennie then asked about her look and Jisoo praised her that she looked like Gordon Ramsay (Scottish celebrity chef, restaurateur, and television personality).

Jennie, “Give me a new name”

Jisoo, “Jendeuk Ramsay” and everyone started laughing 😂

*Congrats Jendeuk you got a new name 🎉🎊

And here we go, seeing Jendeuk Ramsay and the kids making macaron 😂 The kids asked what they should do and Jennie gave them task one by one.

First, Jisoo was sifting almond powder, and of course she always showed her spontaneous randomness

Then, Jennie showed off her ‘separating eggs yolk’ skill, when Jisoo saw she did it with bare hands, she commented, “Then who eats this?” “I wash my hand, ” Jennie replied 😂Everyone was surprised and admired her skill. When everyone praised her, maybe she was nervous and the error happen. Those admiration was likely distracting her, the yolk fell down into the bowl 😂

When any incident happen, Chaeyoung is always the one who gives quick response. Look at Jisoo and Lisa, Jisoo was just starring and Lisa pretended she didnt knew it 😂 This egg incident was so funny.

The cooking continued, Chaeyoung was in charge of the meringue. She was shocked that Jennie gave her such responsibility 😂 Lisa should help Chaeyoung by adding sugar + coloring in three separated times while Chaeyoung whipping the eggs.

When the meringue was done, Jennie divided it and mixed it with almond powder. And here we go, Jisoo randomness, she sang ‘mix the meringue’ spontaneous song 😂 *we need her randomness songs album to be honest 😝

Jisoo then took over the mixing meringue part. Jennie spotted dirty stuff in her sleeve and helped her to roll it up. But then it ended up like Jennie gave sweet and adorable back hug.

“Back hug awwwwwhhhh,” Lisa started screaming, cant hold her feeling 😌

Jisoo, “I cant believe I did that with you”

Jennie, “Heiiihh” (playfully hit the table and looked blushing)

Jisoo, “It’s an honor”

There she is, Chaeyoung who kept minding her own business, pretended like she didnt see anything, so cute 😂

Tada, Blackpink macarons were wrapped up nicely and ready

Blackpink House Ep. 1 Part 5

The sun came down on Blackpink House. Some views of Blackpink House at night came out. Blackpink House looks even more romantic at night.

“Are you ready?” Lisa started asking other members

“I’m ready, instead of handing out rice cake to our neighbors, we will hand out macarons.” Jisoo was speaking to the camera when she was coming out the door followed by Lisa, Chaeyoung and Jennie.

Blackpink were going to Hongdae streets to give out macarons they have made. Visiting Hongdae street after so long time made the comedic duo, Jisoo and Lisa became so excited and extra 😂

They visited restaurants one by one and handed over the macaron to them.

Look, how happy she is finding ramen

They went to Big Bang Seungri ramen restaurant but Seungri wasnt there, they chatted with Seungri through video call. At last, Blackpink enjoyed eating ramen there.

Later on, we saw them on Chaesoo (Chaeyoung-Jisoo) bedroom along with Jennie and Lisa. They wore matching pajamas, Jisoo-Jennie in matching stripped black pajamas and Rose-Lisa in pink color pajamas. They said good night and the show ended.
