The popular group member, BLACKPINK Lisa has finally come to cover our magazine! The limited NYLON Magazine Web edition which she covered (solo) also went sold out as the time it came out as it became popular, this month official solo cover is expected to be sold out also.

Inquiries are flooded even before the launch. The ‘universe’ theme cover stories are delivered 20 pages. Nylon: You’re rap is really addictive, why did you start doing it?

Lisa: When I was still a trainee, there was a genre challenge happening and I think that rap was the one that suits me the most so I keep on doing it

Nylon: Who are the rappers that you admire or your goals?

Lisa: I like Nicki Minaj. She is cool.

Nylon: I watch the performances and I notice you always smile, do you ever feel nervous?

Lisa: I do get nervous but I want our fans to enjoy the performance so I think I tend to smile alot.

Nylon: So you do get nervous! What performance does BLACKPINK enjoys the most?

Lisa: Every song is fun but I think BOOMBAYAH’s chorus is the most fun one!

Nylon: The time you debuted with “BOOMBAYAH” until today, was there any difference on it?

Lisa: Nothing much 😂😂😂

Nylon: 😅😅 Your trainee life was hard, what was your motivation?

Lisa: The support of my dad and mom’s part really helped me alot. And my fellow trainee members who I trained with. We shared a lot of painful times, we shared about a dream that is debuting and I think that was keeping me and my motivation up.

Nylon: For lisa,what is the difference between BLACKPINK and the other artists?

Lisa: First,The name of our group is BLACKPINK so, it means that the group that has alot of charms. And our cool performances are one of it too.

Nylon: Please tell us the things you respect among the members

Lisa: Rosé-chan who does the work perfectly from the start until the end. I really respect it alot. Jennie-san, I like her off and on stage’s gap! when she performs she turns sexy and instantly becomes everyone’s girl crush but when she’s off stage she turns into a lovable and funny person. Jisoo-san, who is always happy and full of energy. I also always get a lot of happiness from her. She’s the oldest and has a lot of leadership so I really respect her alot too.

Nylon: Do you and your members play during day offs?

Lisa: We often go to a theme park or aquarium!

Nylon: All of you must be really close!

Lisa: Yes, we are all close!

Nylon: So you also talk about love stories…?

Lisa: I DONT KNOW!

Nylon: What kind of man do you find attractive?

Lisa: My father is a chef,so i think a man that can cook is cool.

Nylon: 3 things you want from a man

Lisa: it’s too hard～ But a kindhearted,can cook and a lifestyle that fits to mine

Nylon: How about woman?

Lisa: Jennie-san! She’s sexy and lovable!

Nylon: I never thought you’d pick your own member!

Nylon: What do you think is your charm point?

Lisa: It’s to embarrassing to say it on my own! idk!

Nylon: You’re a nice girl! What kind of a little kid were you?

Lisa: I was a happy kid. I always loved to play and My family always go to a vacation overseas once a year

Nylon: Your favorite country?

Lisa: I love Switzerland. It has a lot of green in it and the weather is really good. I also love mountains, when I climbed the mountain in Switzerland there’s a flower that I loved that’s blooming.

Nylon: What kind of food do you like?

Lisa: I love everything.

Nylon: Japanese and Korean food also?

Lisa: Yes. And my father is from Switzerland so I love their food too.

Nylon: Favorite movie?

Lisa: About Time. I watched it 10 times already. The scene that I got touched the most is when The child knew about his father’s illness and when they ride the time machine and travelled back in the past to spend their time together

Nylon: Where do you want to go when you’re on a date?

Lisa: I watched “My tomorrow,your yesterday” and I want to go to the place where it was filmed! The old homes that’s lining on the streets are so pretty, I want to go to a date right there.

Nylon: What emojis do you use the most?

Lisa: I use 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

Nylon: Last question, favorite Japanese word?

Lisa: Doki doki!kira kira!

Nylon: Where did you learned it?

Lisa: I learned it from my Japanese teacher in Korea, when she asks “how was the performance today?” My teacher said if you’re nervous just say “doki doki”. And i also think it is cute.

Nylon: Do you do your make-up on your own?

Lisa: Yes, I love it alot!

Nylon: Where’s your make-up point?

Lisa: Mascara

Nylon: Do you also apply color mascara’s?

Lisa: When I have a photoshoot I apply it but usually I don’t.

Nylon: Favorite lip color?

Lisa: Summer is near, so I like red or orange. I love the velvet feelings on it.

Nylon: Velvet!? I never heard of it here in Japan.

Lisa: Really!? It’s very popular in Korea.

Nylon: About skincare, What is the beauty tips that you want to keep for yourself? please tell us

Lisa: Before I sleep, I apply a skincare cream but if incase I think it didn’t penetrate, I bought a facial massager to use anytime!

Nylon: When is the timing you’ll use the facial massager?

Lisa: After you wash your face,applied the skincare cream and before you sleep!

Nylon: How was it?

Lisa: very good. i have a dry skin so i apply alot of skincare cream. And when i use both my skin gets really moistened and It continues until when i wake up in the morning!

Nylon: You do alot of hairstyles and haircolor,among it what was your favorite?

Lisa: When i debuted,the blonde hair that i put alot of camouflage was my favorite!

Nylon: What hair color will you do next?

Lisa: pink hair.isn’t it cute? 💜

About Fashion

Nylon: Do you have any standards on your summer fashion?

Lisa: Yes, a dress, short pants!

Nylon: I think you look good on short pants. You have a really beautiful legs, do you take care of it?

Lisa: I tend to do alot of sports. My trainer creates my training menu and i’ll do it.

Nylon: It looks hard, do you like sports?

Lisa: I don’t really like it but i do it for my health and shape up.

Nylon: You wore alot of heels today. Which one do you wear usually, heels or sneakers?
